Ichiplas (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a custom plastic injection molding manufacturer in Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, founded in 1994. It runs 3 factories covering about 100,000 sq ft with 51–100 full-time staff, molds parts on 50–360 tonne presses to ±0.05 mm, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Its specialities are overmolding and insert molding.
Over 32 years we have grown from a single plant into a trusted injection-moulding partner for global names such as Shimano, Dyson, HP and Leica, and for leading contract manufacturers including Jabil and VS Industry — supplying parts that ship to more than 50 countries. Our quality systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015.
