Company History
Ichiplas was founded in 1994 with a mission to provide high-quality plastic injection molding services to clients globally, including Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, US, UK and more. Through hard work and perseverance, Ichiplas has maintained a reputation for quality and reliability from its founding years, securing Shimano as one of its earliest customers.
As the company grew, it invested in new equipment and expanded its production capabilities, with 1-2 new injection molding machines added on average every year. In 2010, Ichiplas expanded its product line to reach new markets and built capabilities as a specialist of overmolding services in Malaysia. The company also received several awards for product quality and innovation.
Today, Ichiplas has 40 units of injection molding machines and over 200 employees. In 2023 this year, we have also set up a second manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Ichiplas continues to innovate and adapt to changes in the plastic injection manufacturing industry, with plans to expand our services to support sustainable and green products in the coming year. Ichiplas remains committed to providing the highest quality products and services to its customers, and looks forward to a bright future in the injection molding industry.
